' None of them can ride, none of them able to uphold the bloodhorse literate rules of horseracing either here or abroad. None of them fit to run a true Disciplinary Zone. A true Licensing Zone. A true Horseman's Zone. A true Medication Zone. A true Human Rights Zone. It is like the racehorses don't exist. It is like the people who work with the racehorses every day don't exist. An exposed British Government practice not fit for purpose. An exposed British Government practice showing glaring disregard for the human rights and needs of any and all human beings to include the horses. Like a strange male doctrine burdened upon all males that pass through Eton, Harrow, Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

"How hopeful are you that your desire to see the disqualification of horses and riders break the whip rules will be implemented? One day it will have to come and I hope it comes before we have more fruitless bans, fines and inquiries after big races that only play into the abolitionists' hands. It is simplicity itself and will result in: no bans, no fines, no suspensions; each jockey knowing what he can or can't do; the best horse winning. "

A VITAL RACING RIGHT EQUUS BALANCING ACT IN PRACTICE
Something that British political, legal, racecourse and horseracing government don't bother about.
Key for racegoers' and punters' particularly to pick up on The True Racing Right Equus Zone Rules? Where are they? The licensed trainers and jockey's don't know. So how are they to be expected to compete in a race?
Everyone has an absolute right to know and understand what these true rules are, especially punters.
Just the same as absolutely key for a Racing Right Equus Medication Zone. Where is it? These governments don't even bother to have a true Medication Zone. Instead they use harsh punishments to warn trainers off for years, taking their licences and livelyhood off them libelling and perjuring them names as crooks. British government only interested in the money they can take out of horseracing. No matter if earned by other people.
As Clive Brittain says " You've got to take the animals into consideration, They don't come out of the box every morning in the same frame of mind. "
