JMC: British government regulators are not entitled to discipline or punish anyone who works with the race horses every day to provide horseracing in the first place, until government use " True Bloodhorse Literate Horserace Rules" To include "True Bloodhorse Literate Medication Rules," they have no rights whatsoever to punish anyone, bar themselves.

JMC: These flags here are to celebrate mercy through our global path to peace. Peace that can provide Global Daily Decent Human Rights that include the "Female of the Species, and  all life on this earth. "Bloodhorse Illiterate" male RSPCA prosecutions, brought through "Bloodhorse Illiterate male lawyers, and corrupted by bloodhorse illiterate male lawyers. The scale of  bloodhorse illiterate cruelty, malpractice being allowed to go on, over the last 7 decades is not acceptable to any and all life to include the horses.

UNCERTAINTY :

JMC:  Balance, timing,  hands this young man, or is this a young
woman? Has earned his, her own "true bloodhorse literate copyright
rating. But instead is trapped in a male Tory government bloodhorse illiterate
corrupt minimum / living wage scam. To be able to canter a racehorse in training as this photographs reveals this rider has achieved her-his own "Copyright Rating. " This fact alone should regulate a decent wage structure table.  A fee of  £200.00 + Plus per hour as demanded by the British Legal Justice System such as it is, or is not, at present. There has always to be a true guide wage scale.

RACING POST TODAY:
THE BEST YET
“British Champions Day delivers a dream line-up.
“Unrivalled previews for an unbelievable day and all the best bets from
red-hot tipsters Pricewise (Tom Segal) and Paul Kealy. Who list 6 Form Clues for you: Galileo Gold: Order of St George. Quiet Reflection. Ribchester. Minding: Seventh Heaven.

OPENING SHOW Mark Storey looks forward to an awesome afternoon at Ascot.
“Give thanks for O’Brien on climactic day …
“THEY didn’t need giant covers or the jump track in the end, just the driest autumn for ages, but the result is what promises to be one of the most glittering afternoons of racing in years.

“Hosting the most valuable day in the British racing calendar in mid – October when the ground can suit chasers better than sprinters is flirting with trouble, but no one is complaining this year as a cast-list to rival any meeting in recent memory assembles to battle for more than £4 million in prize-money.

“This is the kind of jamboree organisers have been dreaming about since Ascot first hosted “Brand New Qipco British Champions Day five years ago.

JMC: PS: Pity the worlds politicians and lawyers can't get their "Facts Forward List" in order together with their "Facts Review List" along these same lines to give all global life a fair chance of developing a decent life.

The Smiling Pioneer

CB: “  Is offering a different approach, the bloodhorse literate approach.

CB: “You have to analyse each rider you use, his - her capabilities, her - his

 best type of horse.

ROBIN OAKLEY, through spending most of his life as Political Editor for The Times, the BBC and CNN, has always found time to indulge  in travelling his passion for racing.

“Newmarket trainer Clive Brittain is not just the smiling face of the sport  - he is one of racing’s pioneers.  He was the first trainer to have 100 horses on Newmarket Heath and the first at racing’s Headquarters to install an equine  and was then hired  led the way in travelling horses abroad. It was six years after his victory with the wonder filly Pebbles before any other British-trained horse won the Breeders’ Cup in USA.

“But Clive Brittain’s story is much more than training statistics. A natural horseman who was always given the rogues to handle, he served 23 years as a stable lad with Sir Noel Murless before he defied tradition by setting up on his own and going on to train the winner of every British Classic except the Derby.

“Working closely with Clive, Robin Oakley has put together the remarkable story of one of racing’s true characters. He tells of the Wiltshire boy who used to catch wild ponies in a field and ride them bare back and was then hired to prepare them for selling in Chippenham market. He reveals how Clive supplemented his wages by winning thousands of pounds a year on Murless’s horses. He tells of the early owners who wouldn’t let him run his horses unless the star signs were propitious; of the ex-stallion who would only walk backwards to the gallops before winning a comeback race at Royal Ascot; and of the top jockey whom Clive spooked from a suit of armour in an Italian castle.

“It is a story full of great horses and the racing characters whose stories have been intermingled with Clive’s like Willie Carson, Captain Marcos Lemos, Pat Eddery, Philip Robinson, Bill Gredley and Lady Beaverbrook.

Clive Brittain points out in his book:
"You've got to take the animal into consideration. They don't come out of their boxes every day in the same frame of mind.

Clive Brittain Chapter 10. Pages 126 to 127
So Nearly A Bold Arrangement:

CB: “I don’t like my 2 year-olds hit with the stick. ”

JMC: To punish 2 year - olds with a stick when they are just
starting out on the long road towards a racing career, with so much to learn only frightens, hinders and confuses them.  Two year-olds need a handler-rider with a “True Proffesional Copyright Rating In and Out of the Saddle as is Group 1.
