To including "Whip Rules" and the "Deadly Dangerous Interference Rules." Horseracing worldwide must be the only sport without "True Bloodhorse Literate Global Horseracing Rules." This is unacceptable.

Instead they use harsh punishments to warn trainers off for life, taking their licences and livelyhood off them libelling and perjuring them names as crooks.
