Did you notice yesterday that the team of "York Starting Stalls Handlers"
all had red jackets on. Sort of like a school uniform: These "Stall
Handlers"have a massive and key task to load each racehorse before the
"OFF" into one of these small clattering stall spaces. The aim
to allow a fair start for all: A massive ordeal it could be said,
for each racehorse attempting to compete:
