J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Comment
OSCARA DARA Switched back from chasing to hurdling and the decision paid
off. The BHA are not allowing trainers to train their novice chasers properly
due to the fact that over the last 6 decades they have failed to realize or to
recognise even that there is such a thing as an Bloodhorse Literate Equus Zone.
Such folly, a highly dangerous attitude burdening all those who have achieved
true professional bloodhorse literacy in
their own right, with a workload impossible to maintain.
Our own Queen Elizabeth 11 Patron of British Horseracing and
owner of the Royal Ascot Racecourse holds Equus Zone Status herself, together
with her family, and has made it her business to ensure to keep up her Equus
Zone Standards herself together with her family
throughout and to date. It was Queen Anne who first founded Ascot
Heath racecourse in 1711, passed down over the last three hundred and two years
to our present Queen Elizabeth 11.
The British horseracing government (BHA) and the British
political government have ongoing over
the past six decades ignored the true vital rights and needs of both the horses
and the people who work with the horses every day. These governments have refused
to recognise the vital key Equus Zone rights and needs over the last 6 decades.
Only interested in making money for themselves, at other peoples expense to
include the horses.
Further all the horseracing countries around the world over
the last 6 decades have looked to Britain for a lead as to how best to
run horseracing within their own countries. There is no way that horseracing
can be run honestly and fairly in any country without a highly skilled Equus
Zone, within which the Rules of Racing must be housed. To apply ‘ Bloodhorse
Illiterate Rules of Racing’ is to cut the horses and their handlers rights and
needs out completely, to slander and libel all those who have achieved true Bloodhorse
Literacy in their own right, which has been allowed to go on over the last 6
decades. The Equus Zone is the key ingredient
in any and all horseracing worldwide.
