observed that some winners have been pulled up after winning their race in
considerable distress, distress that should not be passed off as acceptable.
Because such distress is totally unacceptable and should not be going on at
all. So why is this allowed to be going on? And who is responsible on racecourses
for such as this to be allowed to be going on? To go ignored,? To go unnoticed?
Bloodhorse illiterate Stewards? Sadistic stewards? Or stewards who couldn’t
care less about the racehorses themselves? It is blatantly obvious that the
British horseracing government are running British horseracing without true
rules that include the horses rights and needs to protect from such as this.

Paul Myners, Baron Myners, CBE (born 1 April 1948) is a British Businessman and politician. He was the Financial Services Secretary (sometimes referred to as City Minister) in HM Treasury, the UK's finance ministry, during the Labour Government of Gordon Brown.[1][2][3] He held the position from October 2008 until May 2010, and was made a life peer in consequence of his appointment, as he was not an elected Member of Parliament. He also served on the Prime Minister's National Economic Council.
Myners has
worked in the financial sector since 1974. He has also held a number of third
sector posts, including Chairman of the Trustees of Tate and Chairman of the Low Pay Commission, all of which he relinquished
on his ministerial appointment. Immediately prior to his ministerial
appointment he was Chairman of the Guardian Media Group, publisher of The Guardian and The Observer newspapers, and chairman of Land
Securities Group, the
largest quoted property company in Europe at that time. He is a former Chairman
of Marks & Spencer and Deputy Chairman of PowerGen.

Key for racegoers' and punters' particularly to pick up on The True Racing Right Equus Zone Rules? Where are they? The licensed trainers and jockey's don't know. So how are they to be expected to compete in a race?
Everyone has an absolute right to know and understand what these true rules are.
Just the same as absolutely key for a Racing Right Equus Medication Zone. Where is it? These governments don't even bother to have a true Medication Zone. Instead they use harsh punishments to warn trainers off for years, taking their licences and livelyhood off them libelling and perjuring them as crooks.
As Clive Brittain says " You've got to take the animals into consideration, They don't come out of the box every morning in the same frame of mind. "
