 FEATURE RACE LEOPARDSTOWN
WM: “Valseur Lido is probably our best chance. I’m very happy with him and inclined to disregard his run in the King George when he fell at the last when well beaten in fifth place. Ruby Walsh rides him.
Review: Valseur Lido and Ruby Walsh looked to have this race at their mercy coming into the last fence. Valseur Lido jumping awkwardly jolted Walsh out of the saddle on landing in what looked like a nasty fall for Walsh.

WM: Festival next for Don Poli:

18Mar16

WM: “We decided to give today’s Irish Gold Cup a miss with Don Poli but he’s in good shape and will be going straight for the Timico Cheltenham Gold Cup. We put him in the Crabbie’s Grand National but we’re not looking beyond Cheltenham."

LEOPARDSTOWN TODAY

WM: PIC: Pont Alexandre: Big run expected in Grade 1 Flogas Novice Chase
2:30 Flogas Novice Chase (Grade 1) 2m5f60y

WM: Valseur Lido best chance of tenth Gold Cup victory.
3:40 Irish Gold Cup (Grade 1) 3m60y

WM: “IT’S Gold Cup day at Leopardstown, and the big race has  been good to us over the years – we’ve had the good fortune to win Ireland’s top Grade 1 chase on nine occasions, starting in 1999 with Florida Pearl, who won the race four times.

Sir Des Champs, our most recent winner of the race in 2013, is in the team today alongside Valseur Lido and On His Own and it would be fantastic if he could win it for the tenth time.

“Valseur Lido is probably our best chance. I’m very happy with him and inclined to disregard is run in the King George when he fell at the last when well beaten in fifth place.
“He’s better than he ran at Kempton and had run well on his reappearance at Punchestown when second to Djakadam in the John Durkan Chase. He won the 3m1f Grade 1 novice chase at last year’s Punchestown festival and Ruby Walsh rides him.

WM: “Djakadam healing well after Cheltenham fall last Saturday."
“OUR vet checked out Djakadam yesterday and was pleased. The stitches in his chest area, which he received after his fall at Cheltenham, have held well and he didn’t pick up any infection. He’s been doing plenty of walking and light exercise this week and should be back working in the near future."

“I THINK most jockeys are fed up now riding on bottomless ground every day and can’t wait for it to dry up. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a little longer as there is more heavy rain forecast for Sandown today, where I have five good rides headed by Ibis Du Rheu."

"(1.15) WIN:  Connetable 15-2 (by a neck from Rayvin Black) Team (Paul) Nicholls receives a lot of weight as the only four-year-old in the Betfred Racing “Follow us on Twitter” Contenders Hurdle. Peace And Co would obviously prove hard to beat if he recaptured his excellent juvenile form, but he will need to settle better than when finishing well beaten behind Old Guard on his Cheltenham reappearance in December."

MOMENT OF THE WEEK:.WILLIE MULLINS
"FELIX YOUNGER’S win in the BoyleSports Tied Cottage Chase at Punchestown last Sunday was great.

“He’s become a solid performer and it was his fifth Grade 2 win over fences to go with his Grade 1 success at last year’s Punchestown festival.

"We’re still mulling over plans for him and looking at the cost versus prise-money aspects of sending him to Japan for the Nakayama Grand Jump, a race we won with Blackstairmountain a few years ago. It will either  be the Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase or Japan for him, but not both. "

DOWNER OF THE WEEK:
“WE SUFFERED a few setbacks last Saturday with Djakadam falling at Cheltenham and our three runners  at Doncaster and our three runners at Doncaster all disappointing .
“I thought the Doncaster runners were beaten to early in their races to have given their true running.
“All of them are okay but they’re on a short break before we make plans for them. "
ONE TO WATCH:.
“RIA D’ETEL, a four year old filly by Martaline, won her only race over hurdles  by ten lengths at Auteuil in September. It took her longer than we thought to settle in when she arrived from France but she has turned the corner now and we’re looking forward to her running  in the next few weeks. “

BRITISH GOVERNMENT BLOODHORSE ILLITERACY IN ACTION:
Financial fraud and corruption used by government, and left ongoing as used by government over the last seven (7) decades, and still to this very day for only their own financial gain. Using the bookmakers to take the blame.

Ripping off big time, all who have achieved true professional bloodhorse literacy in their own copyright.

TRAINING ATHLETES:
Both the four legged variety, and the two legged variety.

JMC: Tory government who act dishonestly with racecourses and bookmakers to rip- off trainer's and their teams every single day, left ongoing over the last seven decades, all found to be in breach of "Bloodhorse Literate Copyright."
This morning CH4 Geoff Banks (Bookmaker British Horseracing Gambling Game ) CH4 Tanya Stevenson (Betting in Action British Horseracing Gambling Game) Stats, Market Movers etc spoke about the present  government entanglement mess-up burdened upon the true sportsmen who work with the horses every day to create the daily sport of horseracing.

Bloodhorse Literate Handler - Riders when working on racecourses every day, . These true horsewomen and true horsemen need to be properly paid by racecourses, government and bookmakers when working to present the racehorses to the public on race days, working and travelling these racehorses to these racecourses, a fee of £200.00 pounds an hour is long overdue due to the fact that without them there would not be any horseracing, the work carried out every day with these horses is not being honestly recognised, or honestly paid for, all taken for granted by Tory government and racecourses on a scale considered to be blatant colluded government and racecourse theft,  fraudulently corruptly  manipulated on a massive scale which has been left to go on over the last seven decades a dishonest practice that is not acceptable.

Just same as absolutely key for a Racing Right Equus Medication Zone. Where is it? These governments don't even bother to have a true Medication Zone. Instead they use harsh punishments to warn trainers off for life, taking their licences and livelihood off them libelling, slandering and perjuring there names as crooks. British government only interested in the money they can take out of horseracing. No matter if earned by other people, who government leave to live in cruel poverty.
