2.40 STEWARDS INQUIRY

The stewards called an inquiry into this finish of this race which saw ELUSIVE KATE with WILLIAM BUICK in the saddle hanging left right across the track taking SKY LANTERN- RICHARD HUGHES in the saddle, along with her. There was nothing that RICHARD HUGHES could do about it. WILLIAM BUICK was unable to stop ELUSIVE KATE from drifting. WILLIAM BUICK had his whip in his left hand, with SKY LANTERN on his left, ELUSIVE KATE is a year older than SKY LANTERN she showed her strength whilst she pushed SKY LANTERN over beside her, so easily, there was no menace intended ELUSIVE KATE obviously had her reasons why she wanted to go over that way, it could have been that she wanted to get away from the stands and all the people shouting and cheering.

The Rules of all Sports are there for a purpose to safeguard each sport, to ensure fair play. Sports Rules are not made up of opinions. They are made up of sound facts applicable to each sport. Without which there could not be a Sport.

When the Stewards announced the results of their Inquiry, they said that the placings remained unaltered. ( wrong BHA bloodhorse illiterate ruling)

This was an issue relating to bloodhorse literate interference. One of many sorts of bloodhorse literate interference. In this particular case SKY LANTERN and RICHARD HUGHES were left powerless, they were pushed off course by ELUSIVE KATE and WILLIAM BUICK, something that Richard Hughes will not have wanted to happen. But was powerless to stop.

What sort of interferance? ELUSIVE KATE's interference, not WILLIAM BUICK'S interference, not RICHARD HUGHES interference. Not SKY LANTERN'S interference. But ELUSIVE KATE's. No one could do anything about it, but sit and suffer it out, which is what happened.

But the bloodhorse illiterate BHA Stewards were unaware of all that, they clearly watched it happen but that is as far as it went, they were unable to read what they saw properly because they are bloodhorse illiterate.

As for who actually won: SKY LANTERN and RICHARD HUGHES were the ones being pushed to a place they did not want to go to. SKY LANTERN and RICHARD HUGHES could have done without all that interference their mission to attempt to win this race.

SKY LANTERN and RICHARD HUGHES did suffer considerable interference they only manage to finish a close second in the circumstances. Such circumstances of interference, and this type of interference must always be recognised.

It cannot be just brushed aside as of no issue because it is an interference issue. Make no mistake about that. A reason today for a dead heat maybe. If the BHA Stewards are frightened wary of calling a dead heat. Then they cannot fail to recognise that interference took place, and the runner who caused the interference was ELUSIVE KATE and WILLIAM BUICK

SKY LANTERN didn't cause any interference herself, she was inconvenienced and suffered interference herself. So if not a dead-heat SKY LANTERN and RICHARD HUGHES are the winners.
