ENTRIES, AND DECLERATION
PROCEEDURES:
IT COULD BE SAID that one of
the key British horseracing government,
jobs, responsibilities … is to make sure that their “Entries … Declaration ... Department"
is up and running to be fully factually accurate 24-7.
Without this facility there would be no horseracing. All the true information must be there, otherwise how can a trainer carry out his job? He can't. As proved here.
This one government failure has caused a week of hell suffered and burdened upon Neil Mulholland, nothing else.
What it has done, is uncover many more highly dangerous serious issues burdened upon horsemen to include the horses left ongoing over the last 6 decades, directly related to
government bloodhorse illiterate failure.

Mulholland hits out after The Young Master is stripped of Badger victory.
Jon Lees brings news
As published in the Racing Post on Friday November 14.page 10 NEWS
“TRAINER Neil Mulholland yesterday hit out at the system that led to the Young Master being stripped of his victory in the Badger Ales Trophy when a BHA disciplinary panel disqualified the horse because he was not qualified to take part.
A computer error at Wetherbys was blamed for the failure to pick up the ineligibility, but the panel found under the rules it was Mulholland’s responsibility to check the conditions that require to check the conditions of last Saturday’s Wincanton race. I bet they did.
“Mulholland received a £250 fine, below the recommended entry point, for what the panel deemed “an unfortunate sequence of events” and in a second blow the trainer learned the BHA would take account of the performance and enforce a 14lb rise. However, on a positive note for Mulholland, the run has been treated as a third chase outing, qualifying him for other Class 1 races.
“Mulholland, while accepting his responsibility for the horse’s entry, said: “Weatherbys have a big part in this. They are reimbursing my owner his costs and are holding their hands up. There were 1,500 not- qualified horses entered last year, which averaged out at 27 a week. You can’t take that fact away.
“I feel I’ve been very unlucky that it was my horse who happened to slip through the system Wetherby’s had a brand new system put in at the end of September and their system failed. Weatherby’s have admitted it’s a big computer failure and we’re very disappointed the horse has been left with a 14lb penalty.
“This is not something I went out to do on purpose. I understand the rules and they are there to be obeyed but unfortunately my horse was the one who slipped through the system and the system is taking none of the blame for it.
“They {Weatherbys} weren’t at the hearing today. If they did nothing wrong why are they paying for the owner’s expenses? It is what it is and we will have to get on with it.
“The disqualification of The Young Master became inevitable once it emerged the novice was not qualified to take part in the Wincanton race.
The panel expressed “Some Sympathy” for Mulholland who produced evidence to show at some points of the entry cycle the novice exclusion does not appear in the conditions of the race on the racing administration website, which was acknowledged by the BHA..
“Ruth Quinn, BHA director of racing, said:”Weatherbys has an IT system which is designed to alert trainers when they have entered a horse that is not qualified. While this does not override the trainers responsibility under the rules, it is a service which the BHA, via Weatherbys, provides to the industry and it is clear that service did not work as it should have done on this occasion

PERSPECTIVE IN THEORY:
The stewards if they were doing their job properly would have known the score the day before this race, not the day after this race. The money and time wasted here should and could have been diverted.
It can be noted that Neil Mulholland’s (government licensed trainer) of The Young Master partnered by Barry Geraghty this day has and is being prepared for jump racing to a particularly high standard confirmed by The Young Master's performance here last Saturday..
The Young Master's perspective
The Handler-Rider who is with The Young Master every day perspective?
.Barry Geraghty's perspective?
Neil Mulholland's perspective?
Team (Neil) Mulholland perspective
Owner Mike Burbidge's perspective?
Clarity is needed? But who’s clarity? Clarity for what? A computer function error? Vague clarity assumptions? Left ongoing over the last 6 decades?
Bloodhorse Literate Clarity? Or Bloodhorse Illiterate clarity? Is that good enough? Will that do? What do you think? Are you any the wiser?
Clarity about a race having 21 large chase fences to tackle and jump amongst 17 other challengers trying to do the same, without there being any government clarity about there being any such fences at all. What sort of clarity is that? How do punters get on with a system as this, no clarity in sight?
“Not only is this a service designed to assist trainers, but it is also part of our collective responsibilities to connections of horses and punters to ensure incidences such as this do not occur. The outcome of Saturday’s race is simply not satisfactory for the betting public.
“”We are satisfied with the explanation provided by Weatherbys and that the coding error on the administration system has now been fixed. It is importaint such an incident does not occur again. We also support Weatherby’s decision to compensate the owner for the cost of the entry fee and race day expenses.
What about compensating the trainer for all the inconvenience placed upon him …
“Seperately, the BHA has made a decision to reassess The Young Master’s handicap mark based on the evidence of the Badger Ales Trophy. We have a duty to the sport as a whole, including punters and other horsemen, and that duty is not played out by not taking account of the form from Saturday’s race.
“We appreciate this may be seen as a hard line by some, but we are confident that is best intersts of the sport it is correct decision.
“It is borne out by other precedents of horses being disqualified - for example for taking the wrong course-for example-then being reassessed off the back of these performances. “

RULES OF HORSERACING
A WORLD WIDE ISSUE:
THERE ARE NO TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERATE RULES TO HORSERACING.
THERE ARE NO TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERATE RULES TO HORSERACING.
Mulholland: "it’s their word against mine. “
Racing Post Wednesday November 12.
Case to be heard in London today.
By Jon Lees
J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Factfile
PERSPECTIVE:
PERSPECTIVE:
“Their word against mine. “ Is it? Shouldn’t this be all about The Young Master not a dodgy government computer or dodgy British Rules of Horseracing, or dodgy stewards. The Young Master partner Barry Geraghty did plenty of talking in this race themselves, to prove beyond all shadow of doubt that all was well throughout this race.
There are no true Bloodhorse Literate Rules of British horseracing. As neither are there any true Bloodhorse Literate Rules of Worldwide horseracing. This has been and remains to be the case over the last 6 decades. This is a dreadfully unfair situation to all “True Bloodhorse Literate horsemen, cruelty and hardship for the horses, but dreadfully unfair to both horse and rider worldwide.
NOVICE CHASERS:
.A Novice Chaser is a young horse starting out in his racing career over the big chase fences.
This is a massive subject in it's own right, a subject that belongs in the British True Racing Right Equus Zone. Which should exist but does not exist. A massive oversight of true values.
SPORTING RIGHT RULES OF HORSERACING : WHERE ARE THEY?
NOVICE CHASERS:
THE BRITISH WORLD TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS WIMBLEDON:
Any and every sport should have true rules, there is or should be a natural and true progression over time causing those original rules to be updated. This has happened in British tennis but sadly this has not happened in British horseracing, the very opposite in fact is now the case.
AN UNJUST GOVERNMENT PUNISHMENT
PART 1
The Young Masters race record before this race was 1F11-11 After Saturday's racing
The Young Masters race record now reads 1F11-111 Strong form in practice.
Trainer - Government Entry Form: Stage One: On line Weatherbys government computer Entry System.
Trainer – Government Declaration Form: Stage Two: On line Weatherbys government computer Entry System, confirmation that The Young Master is an intended competitor at this Final Declaration Stage.
Mulholland cannot read what is not stated clearly on the Entry Form or on Declaration Form. Mulholland is not in the business to enter the horses he trains in the wrong races.
To assess The Young Masters preparation schedule so far in his career accurately it can be noted that he ran four times last season, winning three of these races. And this season he has run twice and has won both times. This being his third race this season and his third win this season
“The Young Master’s owner Mike Burbidge on Sunday vowed to fight all the way to keep the race and seek the advice of a solicitor if needed and Mulholland will be allowed legal representation.
PERSPECTIVE IN PRACTICE
“ Bearing in mind the amount of “Bloodhorse Literacy” that comes into play here, in any and in all factual evidence the government (BHA) and Lawyers Bloodhorse Illiteracy outcome is most likely to be dangerously unjust. A global horseracing issue of huge significance worldwide..
There are no formal "True Racing Right Equus Zone Rules of Horseracing" recognised at present anywhere in the world of horseracing today. To ensure horseracing has True Global Rules of Horseracing like in all other sports. This is of huge significance. It means that Global Horseracing is being run without taking into account the rights and the needs of the horses. Or the rights and the needs of the people who work with these horses everyday.
A vast ocean of indifference exists, a grey area of nothingness, into which this whole subject should be placed. Clive Brittain's book "The Smiling Pioneer" with Robin Oakley, puts the focus clearly and tactfully on the word "Pioneer" .
The stewards if they were doing their job properly would have known the score the day before this race, not the day after this race. The money and time wasted here should and could have been diverted.
WHO’S PERSPECTIVE?
AWARENESS … CLARITY …IS NEEDED, GOVERNMENT STATE:
AWARENESS … CLARITY …IS NEEDED, GOVERNMENT STATE:
PAUSE FOR THOUGHT: THERE ARE SEVERAL PERSPECTIVES HERE:
Steward's perspective? Government perspective?
Rules of British horseracing perspective?
Rules of Global horseracing perspective?
Bloodhorse Literate Clarity? Or Bloodhorse Illiterate clarity? Is that good enough? Will that do? What do you think? Are you any the wiser?
Clarity about a race having 21 large chase fences to tackle and jump amongst 17 other challengers trying to do the same, without there being any government clarity about there being any such fences at all. What sort of clarity is that? How do punters get on with a system as this, no clarity in sight?
In what perspective order do all these different perspectives come into play ?
i. The Young Master's perspective?
ii. Neil Mulholland's perspective?
iii. The Rules of British Horseracing (at present bloodhorse illiterate) perspective?
iv. Scam Bloodhorse Illiterate Rules have needed reform ongoing over the last 6 decades, True Bloodhorse Literate Rules of Horseracing are the only true rules that can ever be acceptable in the Sport of Horseracing Worldwide.
v. Barry Geraghty perspective?
vi. The Stewards at Wincanton last Saturday November 8 perspective?
vii. The racehorses and the people who work with them every day come first not last always. At present and over the last 6 decades they have come last.
viii. The combined perspectives involved here show The Young Master partner Barry Geraghty give a mighty performance to win this race a massive compliment to Team (Neil) Mulholland. Showing Bloodhorse Literacy at its finest in practice. Confirming and showing the sacred supreme art of horseracing in practice.
TRUE RACING RIGHT EQUUS ZONE
Perspectives:
A sample of the issues belonging in this zone are:
Should be a true top bloodhorse literate veterinary zone for licensed trainers
It should be noted that there are few if any Bloodhorse Literate Vets in practice, if any at all. who have achieved true Bloodhorse Literacy in their own right, in the sad
Two totally separate perspectives here.
Racehorses Medication Zone is the opposite to Racehorses Doping Zone. At present this zone is being run as only a doping zone. Looks like when racehorses return from races battered and bruised there is no true Medication Zone in sight to address their pain and aid there suffering. Apparently we are being led to believe by the bloodhorse illiterate that racehorses have no health rights to any medication at all, no matter how bad their injuries.
We have a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Licensing Zone” .
We need a “True Bloodhorse Literate Licensing Zone” .
We have a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Disciplinary Zone” .
We need a “True Bloodhorse Literate Disciplinary Zone” .
We have in the main a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Zone” .
We need in the main a “True Bloodhorse Literate Stewards Zone
We have a shambles of stuff and nonsense termed to be Stable Staff.
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Career Structure Zone
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Student-Learner Zone
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Handler-Rider Zone
We need a “Truly run Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Work-Rider Zone
British horseracing needs a properly constructed financial zone that pays a true wage for the skills achieved by each person to remain ongoing over that person’s career and advancement in that career. To have nothing to do with the past and present government’s minimum wage theft.
All racecourses need to pay true wages to all Trainers, and all Trainer Team handler riders whilst they are working on any and all racecourses, presenting the racehorses to the public. The present racecourse system of theft and abuse to be kicked out.
Gorgeous photograph of Kingman Racing Post this morning.
"Superstar miler Kingman wins Cartier Horse of the Year.
Kingman has a very knowing expression in this photograph, looks like he knows he is the real deal superstar. Also underlines the fact that much travelled worldwide trainer John Gosden now based back in Newmarket, is never far away in making sure the horses he trains have everything they need, in context when racing abroad or racing at home. Kingman has a happy expression in this photograph speaking volumes. Gorgeous.
