Today's Racing Post Shergar Cup News:

"Why New Zealand's superstar jockette Lisa Allpress, along with US superstar jockette Rosie Napravnik along with Irelands superstar jockette Cathy Gannon are getting excited by the prospect of teaming up to compete in tomorrow's Shergar Cup 2013 at Ascot. First race 12.55

Tom Kerr catches up with an almost complete Rest of the World team of riders for the Shergar Cup."The World minus JOAO is gathering at Ascot."

"It is the eve before the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup and the organisers of Britain's international jockeys competition are beginning to wonder where in the world is the Rest of the World team.

With less than 24 hours until racing gets under way, Joao 'Magic' Moreira, the Brazilian rider who dominates Singapore's racing circuit, has lived up to his nickname and done a vanishing trick.

"After touching down in Britain on Wednesday he rented a car from his hotel and promptly disappeared. Phone calls went unanswered, his agent was nonplussed, his rental car was not returned on time and by the following morning the increasingly stressed team behind the Shergar Cup braced themselves to file a missing jockey report to the police.

"They are on the cusp of making that unenviable call when Moreira finally gets in touch to report that he is somewhere in the countryside. He's not sure where he is, but believes it to possibly be somewhere near Newmarket.

"It's not what you would call a definite sighting, but at least no one has to call his wife to sheepishly say that Britain has lost her husband and would she know anyone who could ride at Ascot on Saturday?

"Such are the problems with assembling a team of jockeys  from around the world. Gary Stevens, the veteran American rider of more than 5,000 winners and Moreira's captain in the Rest of the World team, was detained by immigration officers after a mix-up at Heathrow, while Rosie Napravnik, the first female rider to win the Kentucky Oaks, nearly never made it at all after her flight from US was cancelled.

"Thankfully, with Moriera almost found, a jet-lagged Napravnik finally on British turf, and Stevens prised from the clutches of Heathrow's heavies, the star-studded line-ups for tomorrow's Shergar Cup are more or less in place.

"Minus Moreira, they are gathering at Coworth Park Hotel, an opulent Palladian country house set amid manicured lawns and wildflower meadows near Ascot racecourse, to meet the media."

Shergar Cup Teams for tomorrow are:
Girls Team (colours cerise) Rosie Napravnik (captain), Lisa Allpress, Cathy Gannon.

GB and IRE Team (colours emerald green), Kieren Fallon (captain) James Doyle, Kevin Manning.

Europe Team (colours light blue), Gerald Mosse (captain) Ioritz Mendizabal, Andrasch Starke.

Rest of World Team (colours yellow) Gary Stevens (captain) Joao Moreira, Yasunari Iwata.

RACES: Six 10-runner handicaps; four teams of three jockeys. Horses selected by form experts. Rides allocated by formulated ballot.

POINTS: 15-10-7-5-3; each jockey has five rides, so each race has two teams of three jockeys, and two teams of two jockeys.

RESERVES (R) horses may be instated up to 45mins before racetime.

BHA GUILTY OF INACCURATE SCAREMONGERING
AND BULLY TACTICS LEFT ONGOING OVER DECADES.

Taking a closer look at the archaic inhumanity of the British Horseracing Authority upsides the British Political Governments, and the British Legal Justice System, all guilty of inaccurate scaremongering, causing financial ruin and public scandal to innocent peoples lives. Left ongoing over decades.

British Horseracing Authority (BHA) using the press to lead the public to believe that trainers are doping the racehorses they have in training belonging to owners. The BHA colluding to mislead the general public like this, is both libellous and scandalous. Why are the BHA getting away with this? And why have they been allowed to get away with same for so long?

The veterinary medication Sungate used in many horseracing countries around the world to treat racehorses who come home from racecourses with bad joint injuries. Sungate when injected into a racehorse's badly injured joint gives that racehorse immediate relief as it takes some of the inflammation and pain out of such a badly bruised wound.

The bloodhorse illiterate BHA have no right to ban Sungate, or to interfere with medication prescribed by veterinary surgeons. Trainers cannot train racehorses when they are badly injured. As neither can trainers turn badly injured racehorses out of their establishments.

EQUUS ZONE
The bloodhorse illiterate BHA have no right to ban Sungate, or to half ban Sungate, or to be unsure whether to ban Sungate or not. Or to let trainers down through their muddled uncertainty about what the medication Sungate actually is. Instead they use rip off lip service to make out that Sungate is a dope. And that trainers who medicate badly injured racehorses using Sungate as an effective medication are told they are doping the horses they have in training.

We observe BHA have no true bloodhorse literate British Equus Zone Rules

We observe BHA have no true bloodhorse literate Global Rules of Horseracing

We observe BHA'S bloodhorse illiterate muddled racecourse regulation ruling

We observe BHA allow bloodhorse illiterate racecourse management

We observe BHA have bloodhorse illiterate whip rules

We observe BHA at present have no British bloodhorse literate interference rules

We observe that there are no British bloodhorse literate interference rules

We observe the silent sufferers, the racehorses around the world, and how quickly they
respond to all those who have achieved true bloodhorse literacy in their own right.
