The sport of show jumping have their True Global Rules
The sport of Global Horseracing do not have any True Global Rules
 
What rules applied to Martin Dwyer when he partnered Ice Age in a Flat Race in India on February 17th  2013  due to the fact that there were no True Flat Global Horseracing Rules in place in India.  Due to this one fact alone Martin Dwyer cannot be charged with any riding offence, all true horseracing charges against Dwyer do not exist .
 
The first True Global Rule of Horseracing is True Equus, to uphold the rights and the needs of the racehorse and the jockey,  in this case ICE AGE partner MARTIN DWYER. 
 
There are no True Equus Zone Legal Justice Systems to be found in either Britain or India. Due to the fact that the British and the Indian legal justice systems do not provide true bloodhorse literate lawyers, to uphold True Equus Zone Law anywhere  on this planet.

The first True Global Horseracing Rule is to ensure that the rights and  the needs of the Racehorse in each and every country are met.
 
The second True Global Horseracing Rule is to ensure that the rights and  the needs of the people who work with the racehorses every day in training in any and every country are met.
 
The only country worldwide who embrace and  attempt to uphold the rights and the needs of racehorses who break blood vessels is believed to be the USA who use the medication Lasix.

"Doyle lands starring role for Abdullah" .

"JAMES DOYLE yesterday voiced his delight after his burgeoning career received another huge boost with the shock announcement he will be retained rider for all Khalid Abdullah's runners in Britain, kicking off with Qipco 2,000 Guineas (2014) favourite Kingman in today's Solario Stakes at Sandown (2.40).
 
"The 25-year-old, whose fortunes improved significantly after he became stable jockey to Roger Chalton last year - he had previously endured a spell in the wilderness and said he had considered turning his back on racing- has made headlines on several occasions already this season, mostly through his partnership with triple Group 1 winner Al Kazeem.
 
"I't's a great honour to be asked to ride for such a world-renowned operation as Juddmonte, " Doyle said.
 
Teddy Grimthorpe, racing manager to Abdullah, said "Prince Khalid has been very impressed with James's riding this season. He will ride all Juddmonte-owned, UK-trained horses, starting with Kingman at Sandown on Saturday. It is a fantastic deal for him" .
