ON HOLIDAY? HAVING A DAY OFF? HAVING A DAY AT THE SEASIDE?
"AT A seaside cafe this week a strange woman encouraged me
to examine her marshmallows. They were wrapped in red and white hooped silver
foil. "They're meant for children,
" she said, "But it's adults that buy them." I nodded.
"They had jam in when I was a child, " she continued.
"They don't now. " There was a tone of rueful resentment in her
voice. I think life, as well as the marshmallows, may have proved a
disappointment.
"She was right - the marshmallows didn't have jam in them but I wasn't surprised,
because sherbet fountains aren't what they used to be either, while those packets containing a small piece
of bubble gum and a large picture of a football
team have disappeared altogether, as have the packets of sweet
cigarettes with cards showing cricket
players. Lung cancer, I suppose.
On your marks - get set - go? At a School Sports Day maybe?
OLD GOVERNMENT STRATERGY
Impacting on the lives of the masses.
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 28th 2013
Davids last paragraph in his Saturday feature:
Key issues within a project to carry out a British Horseracing Whip Review, to take into account both on the mental front and on the practical front.
It could be said that throughout most peoples lifetime they have
never had a holiday. Perhaps the nearest
thing to a holiday, a trip on Saturday mornings to the local sweetshop. Is all they have ever known. Have ever been allowed to know.
NEW GOVERNMENT STRATERGY
Impacting direction for the masses, a day out at the races.
David continues:
NEW GOVERNMENT STRATERGY
Impacting direction for the masses, a day out at the races.
David continues:
"I thought of asking her if she'd had trouble with today's
chocolate flakes but didn't, although you might like to test them out yourself.
Sit in a car with a chocolate flake. Eat it. Get out of the car and inspect the
seat you've been sitting on. I think you'll find that it's got chocolate on it, crushed
chocolate. How does that happen, then?
"Life's full of mysteries, as anyone who has watched the
seller they used to stage at York's Ebor meeting and now stage at a different
one will know. (A word of advice: Don't buy the winner). In those days
Rowntree's factory operated nearby and it was a rival of the maker of fruit
gums that founded what is now the Ebor but was originally the Trebor,
advertising Cadbury's famous mints.
"It's a long drive to York
from Brighton and, halfway there, I realised I
hadn't brought a tie. If you find yourself in the same situation you can get
one from Burtons
in the shopping park near the start of the M69 for £7, although it will mean missing the first race.
Curiously, you can also get giant chocolate buttons and marshmallows there, but
not with jam in.
"It was ladies' day at York although gentlemen were also allowed in.
At the back of the Knavesmire Stand there was a band called Murphy's Marbles.
An elderly gentleman who had lost his was dancing with a woman about 50 years
younger. Like so many things in life, it was a mistake. Still, if people are
right to believe in reincarnation , he might get a chance not to make the same
mistake next time, although I suspect she still won't wear a bra.
"THERE was an enormous crowd and, if you go today, it's
worth standing quietly for a while to discover
what the most advanced creatures on earth sound like en masse. They
sound like an enormous flock of starlings and make a similar amount of sense,
"I can't help thinking something's gone wrong with
Yorkshire's contraception system although, even in the huge crowd, there was a
pair of high heels standing alone, unoccupied, and a woman in solitary
confinement in a Totepool kiosk,
possibly shoeless.
"The sun's all very well in its way but it's very hot. I
suppose that's why Captain Scott went to the Antartic, although he'd have been
better off chilling out in Scarborough, It can be cool there too.
"It would be nice if there were public showers at
racecourses. They'd be what is known as 'a nice little earner' . As there
weren't, I considered buying two ice cream cones and sticking them under my
armpits but thought it was a bit unseemly, so only bought one and ate it.
Another word of advice: if you get one from Charlotte 's Ice Cream stall (they're jolly
nice) , I think you'll find the single scoop ones are big enough for most
normal mouths, unless you're a hippopotamuses (you probably aren't) .
"The Fugue beat Venus De Milo in the Yorkshire Oaks, which
was no surprise as Venus De Milo was racing with two limbs missing. Under the
circumstances, she did very well.
"It would be nice to offer some useful betting advice bur
Sir Mark Prescott's concerns over a scope have forced him to keep Pallasator at
home, so he won't be winning the Ebor, even though he would have been the
largest horse in it and will be the largest horse in whatever race he runs in
next, unless it's the Grand National.
"Sometimes it's best to admit you don't know. I don't know
what's going to win the Ebor. It would be nice if the tremendously resilient Es
Que Love won the opening City of York
Stakes . He deserves to but, as Clint Eastwood used to
say, "deserve's got nothing to do with it" . Pity. "

American trainers hit out at opponents of Lasix.
Lasix is a medication to stop suffering. Lasex is not a dope, Lasix is a medication that treats racehorses who break blood vessils
The BHA do not allow an Equus Zone.

BRITAIN
GLOBAL EQUUS HORSERACING
RULES ON DOPE?
Q. What are Britain 's
(BHA) Equus Horseracing Rules on Dope?
A, Negligent non-existent. All veterinary
medication is termed by the BHA to be Dope. BHA's purpose to globally libel as
dope all medication however prescribed as dope. BHA use global libel scaremongering.
BHA use veterinaries to review the use of the whip
BHA blame horsemen for administering medication to their horses
in training when injured or sick, libelling them as Dope Thugs.
The
political and horseracing governments hell bent to take as much money out of
the sport as possible, expecting and leaving trainers to make up their teams
paying only the minimum wage. Trainers teams need to be as good as football
teams. A good nagsman these days worth a fortune, but where are they? A horse,
any horse is only as good to ride as the person who rides him out every day.
To
pick up the pieces of government neglect needs an injection of both government's cash
each and every year, until it can get back what it has been so cruelly forced
into loosing.
"LEADING US trainers yesterday
accused top Europian racing figures of being misguided and flawed in their
attacks on the use of raceday medication, after the controversial issue was
thrust back into the spotlight by Breeders' Cup officials back-tracking on
their move towards banning Lasix at next year's Breeders Cup.
India and Britain have since February 17,
over the last 6 months been bent on
destroying the life and times of Martin Dwyer . Bent on sacrificing Martin's life
and career fraudulently. Bent on libelling and slandering Martin's name, making
him out to be a global horseracing crook. Both countries Government Power abuse
uncovered on a massive scale going on in both Britain
and India .
JMC: Yes, top US trainers are
right, spot on in fact. Europian racing figures don't know what they are talking
about, and what a burden they are placing upon other peoples shoulders whilst
they continue on not realising the shocking error of their ways, on a daily
basis.
The outcome of the Indian filly ICE AGE in her race on February 17 in India partnered by Dwyer shows without any shadow of doubt this filly should have been allowed the medication Lasix. Without TRUE EQUUS GLOBAL RULES OF HORSERACING this sport is shooting itself in the foot.
OBJECTIVE AIM
PROJECT EQUUS GLOBAL HORSERACING RULES
The number one GLOBAL EQUUS RULES OF HORSERACING: The care of, and the rights and the needs of the owners thoroughbreds racehorses placed in training and the people who work with the racehorses every day to prepare them to race. At present the sadistic BHA place all things Equus last, not first. BHA are guilty of regulating British horseracing over decades without an Equus Zone.
The result of this highly dangerous fraudulent neglect can be noted ongoing on every British racecourse nationwide.
"Sometimes it's best to admit you don't know. I don't know what's going to win the Ebor. It would be nice if the tremendously resilient Es Que Love won the opening City of York Stakes . He deserves to but, as Clint Eastwood used to say, "deserve's got nothing to do with it" . Pity. "
JMC: BHA REVIEW? what sort of REVIEW? BHA RESEARCH? what sort of RESEARCH?
BLOODHORSE LITERACY - V

BRITISH HORSERACING WHIP REVIEW 2011
JMC: If BHA's Veterinary Tim Morris had told the BHA that he
could not ride a horse, and did not know how to carry a whip, leave alone use
one, would the BHA still have used Morris to carry out BHA's Whip Review? What do you think?
Key issues within a project to carry out a British Horseracing Whip Review, to take into account both on the mental front and on the practical front.
A whip, any whip is associated straight away with punishment. To
punish a horse, to punish a child .... To strike fear in the mind of the horse and the child ... REASONS: To punish
COMMUNICATION FAILURES ON MANY LEVELS.
Like the horror now in Syria .
THE BRITISH PUNISHMENT CULTURE
Like the horror now found all over Britain, caused by the punishment culture environment created by governments.
This is a massive subject touched on only briefly here:
A RACEHORSES
STATE OF MIND
The first question, how is a yearling, two year old racehorse
being treated at home in training every day? Who is put on by the trainer to
carry out the tutorial tasks needed every day with this raw young talant. Therein lies the
future of that young animals career as a racehorse.
To abuse a horse with a whip in the closing stages of a race,
any race. Reason to force that horse to
go faster. To punish that horse into going faster. May work once, but possibly
never again. That style of delivery the worst. Totally unacceptable.
A steward sitting in a chair watching a race cannot ever know when is the right time
to hit a horse in a race, the rider is the only person who gets the signals
from the horse that a little tap is needed to remind the horse to concentrate
and pay attention to the job in hand
To abuse and knock a racehorse about with a whip at any time is
a very foolish step to take. The result the racehorse looses all confidence
fast. Learning nothing but how to attempt to save itself from such abuse
through fear.
A CHILDS
STATE OF MIND
It is said that a baby child learns more in the first four years
of its life than at any other time during a lifetime.
A BADGERS STATE
OF MIND
This cull will create horrendous fear in the life and the times
of every single badgers, pre death. If injured any and all will suffer slow death in horrific dreadful pain .
THE STATE OF MIND OF ALL PEOPLES WORLDWIDE
CAUGHT UP IN THE SYRIAN CRISIS. A REACTION AS TO WHAT TO DO, OR WHAT NOT TO DO. WHEN THINGS
ARE LEFT TO GET AS EVIL AND FRIGHTENING AS THIS.
John
Gosden's warning in the Racing Post today:
"I realise racing is a great triviality but to me this is
the theatre of the absurd. "
JMC: THE FALSE BRITISH
HORSERACING DIRECTION that the political and horseracing government are attempting to force the British
people into believing, needs to be
measured carefully to find for yourselves the true balance of what horseracing is truely all about. Things are very far from what they seem
due to the mal-practice of both these
governments There is nothing trivial about taking your pleasure at an animals expense. "
