HOT HOT HOT TOPIC: THE PRESENT BHA BRITISH HORSERACING
INTERFERENCE RULES WHAT ARE THEY ? HOW DO THEY WORK? OR NOT? AS THE CASE MAY .... OR MAY NOT BE?
(CH4 Live
Glorious Goodwood Wednesday July 31st pm)
CH4
Live NICK LUCK and MICK FITZGERALD talk to JAMES STIER BHA Head of Raceday Regulations asking him for clarification
on the BRITISH INTERFERENCE RULES OF HORSERACING. Stier's response, fob off lip
service waffle, until Nick asks him one
last question "Can you summarise,
what your British Interference Rules
are? STIER replied "The best horse
wins the race." A decision made upon the whim of the BHA stewards? To
second guess .. what might have been had the interference not taken place?
Surely not?
What
does Stier's sentence mean exactly in
context here to the CH4 race film
evidence used to show what happened in the 2013 running of the Etihad Airways
Falmouth Stakes run at Newmarket
on Friday July 12th between Elusive Kate-William Buick and Sky Lantern-Richard
Hughes.
Clearly
Elusive Kate - William Buick on the BHA'S whim is allowed to keep this race.
The interference and harm they caused in stopping victims Sky Lantern-Richard
Hughes is not the BHA'S concern. Surely not?
ELUSIVE KATE
partner WILLIAM BUICK
violated the racing rights of
SKY LANTERN partner RICHARD HUGHES
ELUSIVE KATE partner WILLIAM BUICK are guilty
on the following counts:
1. ELUSIVE KATE took the ground of SKY
LANTERN over what appeared to be at least the last 100 yards of this race,
pushing her way out to the left away from the other runners.
2. WILLIAM BUICK used his whip in a dangerous
way.
3. WILLIAM BUICK used his whip in a
careless way.
4. WILLIAM BUICK used his whip in an
uncaring way
5. WILLIAM BUICK gave SKY LANTERN a hefty
clout across her head with his whip .
6. WILLIAM BUICK abused SKY LANTERN with
his whip on purpose? to stop her.
7. WILLIAM BUICK made sure SKY LANTERN was
stopped from going past ELUSIVE KATE.
8. WILLIAM BUICK rode in an unsporting
way.
This
race was worth a considerable amount of money and William Buick was making sure
he got the winning share, by fair means or foul. A sport? But no it is not
William Buick's fault. It is the BHA'S fault for leading the young ones just
starting out astray. Ongoing over decades of failed regulation.
The
BHA'S New Whip Rules are ridiculous. That BHA have placed their ridiculous New
Whip Rules within the British Rules of Horseracing since October 2011, a mega
misleading scandal. Not fit for purpose.
The
BHA'S Interference Rules do not exist, in any form whatsoever a further mega
misleading scandal. Not fit for purpose.
There
is nothing honest whatsoever here with BHA holding a Stewards Inquiry and
allowing the result to stand declaring the winner to be ELUSIVE KATE-WILLIAM BUICK.
BHA interpretation of their non existent
Interference Rules. To decide which the
best horse is, a farce. What would James Stier say if he was driving his car along
the M4 with a BMW car drawing alongside
pushing Stier's car completely off the road onto a grass verge, and into a
ditch. Would Stier sitting in his car, in the ditch doff his hat and say to the driver who had put him there, never
mind you have a better car than mine?
A
race, any race is a competition from the start line to the finish line. Any and
all interference however caused, that takes place within that Equus Zone, is a
foul, a penalty foul against the horse and rider who causes the interference. Global Interference Rules of Horseracing applicable to every country worldwide the same.
